Important Changes
We are currently operating a booking system for the cafe, under Scottish Government Covid 19 Guidelines.
Tables must be reserved in advance. There are two sizes:
- a small table for 1, 2 or 3 people
- a large table for 4, 5 or 6 people.
Table reservations last for up to 80 minutes. We would kindly ask you to vacate your table by the end of that period.
Please note that current Scottish Government rules allow only two households, and a maximum of 6 people, to meet in a café or other hospitality venue. Children under 12 do not count towards the limit of 6 people who can meet
When making a booking, you will be asked to provide your name and contact details. By so doing, you are consenting to Westhill Community Church processing your personal details and if required making them available to NHS Test and Protect. We will not use your details for any other purposes or pass them on to anyone else. Your booking details will be deleted by us after 21 days.

Booking Instructions
In the calendar shown below, go to the date of your planned visit and click on either a Small Table (up to 3 people) or a Large Table (4-6 people) booking. Click on 'Sign up'.
The sign-up form shows the timeslots that are available on that day. Only the person making the booking needs to sign in.
Fill in the details required and select the time of your booking. If you are meeting another household, please add the name of the lead member of the other household, and if known their phone number, in the 'Notes' box.
At the foot of the form, tick the box to say that you accept WCC's Data Protection policy, and then click 'Proceed'. If all the right boxes have been filled in, you will be asked to 'Confirm'.
Note: Please make only one booking per form. Do not use the 'Add additional ticket' option at the foot of the sign-up form.

Once your booking is accepted, you will receive an immediate email confirmation.
The email will contain a QR code like the one on the right. If you are able to show this on your arrival at the café - either on your phone or on printed on paper - it will speed up the check-in procedure. But it is not essential. |
If no timeslots appear on the sign-up form, it means that all available tables of that size are booked for that day.
